Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a OCM and Communications Advisor to join a leading provider of agricultural products, services, and solutions, for a 12-month contract. As a member of the team, the successful candidate will help cultivate a finance team that thrives in the heart of continuous change. You bring experience in implementing the people side of change for transformational initiatives and are known to be a key contributor and team player in project-based environments.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the OCM and communications point of contact for the project/business stakeholders.

Determine project-level OCM strategies and integrate and coordinate workstream change activities, in collaboration with the broader Change Management Office team.

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

Support project teams in integrating change management and communications activities into their project plans.

Create a structured engagement plan that guides the sequence of activities and touchpoints with key stakeholder groups.

Execute the change and communications tactics and adjust approach based on feedback from stakeholders.

Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance. Identify and escalate project OCM issues and risks and escalate as appropriate.

Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation plans and tactics. Follow-through on execution for project people/adoption risks.

Work collaboratively with the project team members to ensure aligned strategies, integrated messages and a roadmap for follow-up communication and messages.

Work collaboratively with Communications Contractor to ensure aligned brand and message is integrated in executive communications, appropriate channels utilized, and required approvals are executed on.
Skills and Requirements

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in change and/or communications and L&D

Experience as a business consultant or in a project-based environment

Experience running large enterprise project transformations

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)

Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Aptitude in creative problem-solving

Post-secondary degree in a relevant field

Designation and/or certification within a relevant field ”’
