Bi-lingual Account Manager
What does a successful Bi-lingual Account Manager do at Fiserv?
You will represent Fiserv Merchant Services and act as the primary contact for developing and managing operational relationships, driving client satisfaction, and the overall client service experience. You will work closely with the Relationship Manager and Account Support teams to oversee the day-to-day relationship of the client process and confirm deliverables are met accordingly to contractual agreements. You will work complex, urgent and escalated issues while building relationships. You serve as the main point of contact for directing activities and resources within the company as it relates to client operational issues. You may also work with clients to cultivate new opportunities and forward potential new set up/cross selling opportunities to the appropriate channels. You must possess a detailed knowledge of policies and procedures with a broad understanding of the client operation. At Fiserv Merchant Services, we ensure timely follow-up and escalation of client issues to minimize disruption of service and overall impact to our clients.
What will you do:
Manage a portfolio of mid-market clients. Providing support with pricing, reconciliation, additional locations, POS upgrades, POS escalations, etc. both proactively and reactively.
Identify cross sales opportunities and facilitating implementation and activation.
Provide an ongoing relationship development through proactive efforts, including outbound calls to clients in order to increase revenue retention.
Ensure complete and prompt resolution for moderate to complex operational inquiries from large enterprise clients directly and other areas within Fiserv.
Analyze and monitor the client’s processing environment to identity and implement solutions that create operational efficiency and/or cost savings.
Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles to include contract information, and communication logs.
Provide client education and training as required.
Assist relationship managers with day-to-day operational support needs for large enterprise clients including add on locations, account changes, pricing, funding and reconciling inquiries.
What you will need to have:
High school graduate/GED
2 years of account management experience.
Bi-lingual, English and French
Strong Client Relationship building skills with high expectation for ownership of issues.
Payment industry knowledge and experience.
What would be great to have:
Bachelor’s Degree
Technical background helpful, not required, to assist with troubleshooting equipment issues.
MSA, Remedy, Client Line, Business Track, Merchant Manager, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and FDPOS knowledge.
Background in a majority of these areas: banking, card processing, merchant processing, check services, prepaid, alternative payments and technology.
