Our client is a renowned leader in the fragrance industry, and they are currently looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you will collaborate with industry experts on brand initiatives, providing an opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills in developing on-site banners, social media content, and CRM design.
Main Requirements:
– Bilingual to communicate with the Ontario teams
– At least 1 year of experience in a Graphic Design role
– Proficiency in Photoshop, creating static and GIF assets for websites, social media, and email
– Ability to manage multiple design projects concurrently and meet deadlines
– Strong creative perspective to contribute to design discussions and briefs
– Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email creator is a bonus (ideal)

Main Responsibilities:
– Create banners, emails, organic and paid social media content to maintain brand integrity and meet high-quality standards
– Gather data on the performance of on-site content with a test and learn mentality, continuously optimizing it
– Collaborate on brand projects with a global team to develop concepts, create content, and support overall project execution
– Engage with external specialists or agencies, such as videographers, and manage outsourced graphic design projects when necessary
– Deliver content on time while adhering to branding guidelines
