Responsibilities
Assist in managing all aspects of office administration, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Perform data entry, file management, and document preparation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Respond to inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders, displaying a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, assisting in decision-making processes.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records, implementing efficient systems for easy retrieval.
Support the HR department in various tasks, such as onboarding new employees and administering benefits.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring data and information are processed correctly.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and various software applications.
Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
