What does a day look like in my role?
Reporting to the Director of Executive Operations, our Executive Assistant is a pivotal role providing essential support to our executive and portfolio leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will collaborate closely with the operations team, focusing on optimizing the efficiency of our leadership team. Your day will kick off by meticulously managing your inbox, attending to urgent requests, and preparing calendars for the day’s activities. A typical day will encompass booking meetings with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, handling expenses, undertaking some personal assistant duties and much more that is ever changing!
This role and the support it provides to our executive and leadership teams contributes to the overall success of our business. This is an in-office position that requires adaptability, forward-thinking, and a proactive mindset. We are seeking someone who can anticipate needs and stay one step ahead, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
