Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Job Type: Full Time, Remote
Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM (Vancouver Time Zone)
Compensation: $35/hour, plus commission on each contract

Job Description: We are actively seeking a Sales Account Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining and establishing relationships with leads and clients, replying to marketing requests, and coordinating with our business analysts and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Foster and sustain stable relationships with leads and existing clients.
2. Promptly address marketing requests and set up virtual meetings to introduce company services.
3. Follow up diligently with existing leads.
4. Collaborate with our business analysts team to onboard new clients and keep clients updated on the progress of their applications.
5. Oversee the company’s marketing channels by liaising with the marketing team.
6. Record and maintain customer data within our CRM system.
7. Utilize Trello for task and project management, ensuring collaboration and regular updates.
8. Generate regular reports detailing sales activities, lead engagement, and contract status.
9. Meet with clients in person in Vancouver on a per-case basis to present company services and finalize contracts.
Qualifications:
1. Must be fluent in both English and Farsi
2. Candidates must be a Canadian citizen, Permanent resident, or possess a valid work permit for Canada.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management.
4. Fundamental understanding of business analytics.
5. Demonstrable sales experience with a proven track record.
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, and working under pressure.
8. Must possess knowledge in digital marketing.
9. Experience using a CRM and Trello.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
11. Robust problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
12. Possession of a valid driver’s license for travel to client locations in Metro Vancouver area.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: This is a remote position. Applicants should have a quiet workspace with stable, high-speed internet.
