Are You:
As the Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you provide exceptional customer support to clients and drivers who communicate with the contact center through either phone, email, or chat.
This position works Monday – Friday, full-time (37.5 hours/week), with full benefits. The hours of this team are 8:00 am – 8:00 pm ET. We provide all computer equipment needed to perform your job from home.
