Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Accounting Bookkeeper role located in Montreal, QC. The Accounting Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial statements. The role will require strong attention to detail and organization while working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Statements preparation and Bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Accounting software (Quickbooks), and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of Finance and Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry is an asset
- Professional certification such as CPA is preferred
- Bilingual (needed)
