Inventory Coordinator will support the inventory alignment and pick line integrity for the operation. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for the maintenance of inventory set up and item accuracy.
- Physically moving pallets out of bulk and pick case locations
- Assigning items to pick or bulk locations in AS400
- Verify weights/ measurements/ pallet configuration information on materials with discrepancies
- Maintain tracking records for materials with pallet configuration issues
- Maintaining Item accuracy in AS400
- Conduct cycle counts as required
- Inventory support for Client system SAP
- Back up support for Inventory Control Supervisor, including QA Client support
- Identifying and maintaining damages and returns
- Other duties as assigned
- MHE certified
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS office, specifically excel
- Excellent communication skills, written/verbal
- Excellent accuracy and organization skills complimented by the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Work effectively as a team player as well as individually
- Strong focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent knowledge of overall warehousing process
