Position: Customer Service Coordinator (Warehouse)
Location: West Island
Do you have experience in customer service working with major accounts? Are you skilled at entering orders, shipping and invoicing? Are you looking for a position in the West Island?Our client, specialized in distribution, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator!What they offer: – Salary up to $50K upon experience
– Benefits, vacation and sick days
Your profile:- Bilingual to communicate with customers in other Canadian provinces
– 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role (targeting orders for replenishment, order allocation, and invoicing)
– Competency in Microsoft Excel and Word
– Experience with order management software
Your role:
– Investigate all fines received and liaise with finance department to provide explanations or contest
– Monitor all invoiced orders
– Liaise with Customer Service for major accounts and Sales Accounts Managers to ensure effective communication of issues and solutions
– Keep up to date on all changes in client service requirements and agreements
– Schedule order pick-ups with customers and carriers
