Director of Operations – Our Client is a digital media Christian ministry serving communities around the world. They are looking for a senior-level operations practitioner with strong financial acumen to step into the role of Director of Operations, working onsite at their head office in London, Ontario.
About the Role
The Director of Operations is a senior role accountable to the President and overseeing the support services team, including Finance, Donor Relations, Human Resources, and Information Technology/Information Systems. The Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring robust financial management, strategic foresight, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Summary of Responsibilities
Broadly, this hands-on role involves organizational stewardship as well as efficient management of day-to-day operations across the following functions:
Finance (35%)
Donor Relations (10%)
Human Resources (20%)
IT/Information Systems (5%)
General (30%)
