Role Description
Oakville Toyota is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor or an energetic, eager and personable professional to join our team for a full-time on-site position in Oakville, Ontario. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing all aspects of the customer’s service experience, from vehicle check-ins to vehicle check-outs. You will work closely with a techncian team and fixed operations staff to ensure that our customers’ needs are proactively anticipated and met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer role or relevant experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and vendors.
- Experience using computerized automotive systems such as CDK Drive, CDK Service, Reynolds and Reynolds, or PBS DMS.
- Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes, solutions, products, and services.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A desire to learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in the automotive industry.
- OMVIC certification is an asset.
- Valid Driver’s License acceptable to insurance company standards.
