Key Responsibilities:

Tropicana Brands Group is a leading beverage industry company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office and Executive Administrator to join its Canadian division in Mississauga, ON. The Office and Executive Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Canadian team with executive administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and contributing to the organization’s overall efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Canadian team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception duties, office supplies inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences to ensure seamless execution and a professional atmosphere.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including workspace setup and orientation.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Assist in the coordination of company-wide initiatives, projects, and communications.
• Support HR-related activities, including maintaining employee records and handling basic inquiries.
• Liaise with building management to ensure a safe and well-maintained office environment.
• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise.
• Strong track record of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects and be able to work well under pressure.
• Have a high degree of professionalism and be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Must be located in Ontario
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations as required. The Canadian team is typically onsite every Tuesday-Thursday.
• Legally authorized to work in the country to which you are applying without requiring sponsorship or additional work permits now or in the future
