Minimum Qualifications

No construction related experience required

*Must have steel toe boots, hard hat, safety vest

Non Technical Skills and Abilities

Must be able to follow instructions well.

Must follow company’s policies and safety rules.

Must be able to work closely with coworkers as a team.

Must be able to work independently.

Physical Abilities

Must be able to lift construction equipment/materials weighing up to 100 lbs.

Lift, kneel, bend, stoop, squat, climb and crawl.

Sustain repetitive hand motions.

Navigate around job sites composed of various terrains.

Other Requirements:

Must have a valid Manitoba Driver’s License.

Must have dependable transportation.

Must be able to work at least an eight-hour shift per day, or more

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
