Over the years, our small but mighty team of 35 brilliant minds have steadily built a reputation for excellence, delivering comprehensive fire protection services along with a 24 hour emergency paging service run by a dedicated inspection team.
As we embark on an exciting trajectory for rapid expansion, we are in search of an exceptional CEO to guide our dynamic team and propel us into the next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will boast a proven track record in successfully leading a small business, coupled with expertise in business expansion, growth strategy implementation, and adept management of mergers and acquisitions. The objective is to enhance the professional stature of our business, expand geographically, and diversify our service portfolio under the CEO’s adept leadership.
As the CEO, primary responsibilities and key initiatives associated with this role include:
Strategic Leadership:
- Provide visionary leadership to align the company’s goals with industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with the existing on-site team and executing the company growth plan with the support of the ownership group.
Business Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance overall profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company’s footprint.
- Identifying suitable acquisition opportunities and facilitating seamless integration of acquired businesses.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and systems to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Streamline existing operations and identify areas for optimization to enhance overall performance.
- Establish efficient accounting systems, fortifying IT infrastructure, and driving essential organizational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience and deep knowledge of residential construction, service and maintenance
- Solid understanding of industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Track record of successfully leading and growing small to mid size companies in a competitive market
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders including private investors
Compensation and Benefits:
The CEO position offers an attractive compensation package, comprising:
- Base salary in the range of $225,000 to $250,000
- Performance-based bonus structure
- Opportunity for substantial earnings through equity stock options or potential investment in the company
