We are looking for a Recruitment Team Manager to join our growing team, and lead our talented team of Dream Merchants (i.e., recruiters). We are a staffing agency like no other. We help people in and out of work achieve greater freedom. In our Recruitment business, we help workers and business owners create their own reality. Most people settle. We don’t and we don’t let our clients or staff settle.

You will drive our success by leading our team of Dream Merchants. You’ll develop effective strategies, manage the recruitment process and ensure the highest standards of applicants head hunted are met and hiring goals are achieved.

Requirements:

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills

– Proficiency in both written and spoken communication

– Native fluency in English

– Adaptability to changes in schedule

– The desire to learn and grow with us!

– A reliable internet connection

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team

– Foster a positive team culture

– Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with growth objectives

– Collaborate with senior Management to understand staffing needs

– Oversee the recruitment process

– Ensure a positive candidate experience

– Identify and implement process improvements

– Evaluate and enhance recruitment tools

– Track and analyze recruitment metrics

– Generate regular reports for senior management

Qualifications:

– Proven leadership in recruitment

– Knowledge of best practices and talent acquisition

– Familiarity with ATS’

Location: Remote (contractor basis)

Compensation:

– Weekly Hours: 40hrs per week, within 9am to 5pm EST

– Hourly rate: $13 to $15 USD
