Spaenaur is a leading Industrial Distributor of Fasteners and Tools located in Kitchener, Ontario. We source, purchase, package, market and sell a wide-range of products to a variety of Customers. We specialize in same day shipping and in providing “Fasteners Right Now” to the marketplace.

What Does the Role Do?
The Customer Service Associate Role engages in a variety of different activities daily that are critical to the success of the business and its commitment to customers.
These core activities include: packaging products, retrieving/putting away products, and picking orders.
Additional activities may include: shipping orders, serving customers at our retail counter or by email, receiving and inspecting products, as well as building product assortments.
Spaenaur’s ‘Bootcamp’ onboarding program will guide you through completing these activities.
Job Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who are flexible and who can seamlessly transition between activities as the needs of the business shift throughout the day.
The shift we are hiring for is 10:30am-7:00pm Monday to Friday. No weekend work.
