We are looking for a progressive and enthusiastic analyst to fill a key position in our Accounting Financial Systems department for a 6–12-month term. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Systems, this temporary role will assist with supporting Master Data activities, supporting monthly/quarterly reports, and other ad-hoc related tasks. This is a deadline driven role that deals with many areas of the business. It is fast-paced environment that requires superb organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
The successful candidate will be eligible for company benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, vacation time off and flex days. Additionally, this position comes with the option of a hybrid work schedule, combining working in our Calgary office with working remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Support Master Data maintenance; including, creating and editing customer/vendor records, and verifying banking changes
- Assist with monthly/quarterly reports and financial reporting changes as needed
- Maintain inboxes and assist with ad-hoc inquires
- Assist with updating System Approval limits
- Complete ad-hoc project and reporting tasks
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years’ relevant work experience.
- Experience with financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Oracle considered an asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; must possess advanced Excel skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate working relationships with multiple departments
- Ability to complete tasks and responsibilities within established deadlines.
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Cleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checks
