This is a full-time remote role for a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be managing bookkeeping/accounting clients and will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, producing financial statements, understanding intercompany transactions as well as subledgers, managing accounting deadlines, working on various accounting adhoc projects for month end/year end close, processing payroll, reporting and analytics work, working on various other accounting projects (expense reporting, inventory management, etc) while working within our CRM and Project Management tool, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, administration work, submit timesheets for daily work, and providing support during tax filing season.
