Job Description:
Are you a seasoned Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central? Do you have a passion for solving complex business challenges? Our client is seeking a talented professional to join their team and contribute to their mission of transforming healthcare pharmacy organizations. The ideal candidate would be an experienced Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly in the context of CRM integration with digital experience portals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and exposure to the healthcare, pharmacy, or supply chain industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, providing consulting services to clients on system configuration, customization, and integration.
2. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Business Central.
3. Design and implement CRM integration solutions between Dynamics 365 Business Central and digital experience portals, ensuring seamless data flow and a unified user experience.
4. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet the unique needs of clients in the healthcare, pharmacy, or supply chain industry, including but not limited to inventory management, order processing, and financials.
5. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to empower clients to effectively utilize Dynamics 365 Business Central and maximize its value.
6. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements or optimizations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and ROI.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
8. Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including new features, updates, and best practices.
9. Provide pre-sales support, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and requirements gathering, to help acquire new clients and projects.
10. Interface with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives, to understand strategic objectives and align solutions accordingly.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
– Strong understanding of CRM integration principles and experience integrating Dynamics 365 Business Central with digital experience portals.
– Exposure to the healthcare, pharmacy, or supply chain industry, with a deep understanding of industry-specific processes and requirements.
– Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Business Central, including entities, workflows, and reports.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
– Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
– Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate are a plus.
