TEKsystems Looking for Sr. Business Systems Analyst – ATM/Payments at Ontario Full Time

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Remote Banking and Shared Services (RBSS) Business Analyst Team. In this role, you’ll lead complex projects to ensure solutions are aligned to business goals and objectives. In this role, you’ll support end-to-end project life cycle and act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology. You’ll ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create flexible and innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.

How you’ll succeed

•Understanding and documenting requirements – Work closely with business partners to gather complicated business requirements, solution requirements and facilitate requirements discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Create strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.

•Leading and mentoring – Support end-to-end project life cycle as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.

•Other Skills – Experience documenting Use Cases, working with multiple stakeholders, excellent communication and organization skills. Have experience in security, data management and messaging center from the systems perspective.

Required Candidate Qualifications

1. Sr. BA/BSA with at least 5 years of experience and coming from Banking/Financial services (technical/technology experience)

2. Strong experience writing a use case, user stories

3. Stakeholder engagement and need someone who is proactive

4. Experience with ATM/Payments hub batch reconciliation and settlement related projects.
