About the Team:
The Corporate Development team explores opportunities for growth and development including regional strategies, M&A, joint ventures and frontier business lines and service offerings. As part of this team, you will work closely with senior leadership across the organization and have regular interaction with our President & Chief Development Officer, our Chief Financial Officer and our Managing Director, Ontario Region.
Purpose of the Role::
With your strong analytical, communication, and networking skills, you’re the trusted righthand to our Managing Director, Ontario Region as you work closely together to achieve the growth targets of the region. As a seasoned and sophisticated business professional with over a decade of progressive experience, you’re able to work through abstract business initiatives and develop a clear strategy for execution. You’ll build and pull on many levers and relationships, both internally and externally, to set and achieve objectives.
You will develop a sophisticated understanding of our business model and participate in strategizing with senior and executive leadership. Internally, you will collaborate across all business groups and actively engage with internal committees such as our Social Committee, Wellness Committee, Inclusion Committee, Ambassadors, and Nicola Gives Back. Externally, you are a company brand ambassador and leading influencer developing and nurturing professional relationships and community networks. This dynamic role is a perfect fit for a high-energy, outgoing, relationship builder with an analytical mind for business.
This position is based in our Toronto, ON office and supports a hybrid work model.

Compensation & Benefits Package:
This position comes with a competitive base salary hiring range of $95,000-$135,000, dependent on experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity.
