Rightsline is seeking a Director of Strategic Programs (DSP) to lead cross-functional, strategic and high-impact projects. As the owner of various strategic initiatives, you will use your analytical and leadership skills to dive in and get important projects completed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving change initiatives and crafting materials for executive presentations. As the DSP, you’ll immerse yourself in various aspects of our software company, engaging in frequent interactions with the executive team and board members. This role offers a unique vantage point into the inner workings of a company’s leadership team, presenting ample opportunities to make an impact on the organization.
