The role: Retail Sales Manager
Location: Toronto (on site)
Our client is a high-end appliance retailer with it’s flagship store and showroom at Dufferin and Lawrence. Our client is looking for a driven leader to join the team as Retail Sales Manager. The Retail Sales Manager will lead a team of 21 high performing sales reps and have the opportunity to work towards a General Manager title in time.
Compensation
- Base salary range of $85k-$100k depending on experience and interview performance
- Additional uncapped commission bonus of $2-5k+ paid monthly (total first year on target earnings of $110k-$160k+)
- 3 weeks of vacation to start
- Medical & dental insurance coverage
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as a sales team manager in retail, ideally in big-box or luxury appliances
- Highly emotionally intelligent with a desire to develop people’s strengths through coaching and training
- A strong coach who cares deeply about the team
- A passion for food (selling high end kitchen appliances) would be ideal
