This job has the ability to be remote/virtual.
This is a brand-new position due to growth, and we are are looking for candidates with exemplary character, consistency, and competence to join our rapidly growing team.
Responsibilities:
Operations
Assist with initial contract drafting and change requests for both customer and contractor engagements across multiple engagement types, practice areas, and jurisdictions.
ERP (Salesforce) – assist with the set-up, administration, and ongoing updates to customer projects, staff assignments, and related reporting.
Assist with maintenance of internal staff database & profile information, policies, and other related documentation.
Support Norima’s business development team with report generation and supplemental information relating to new & ongoing client relationships.
Support the assessment and implementation of key vendor relationships during the renewal or onboarding process.
Finance
Assist with the analysis of customer engagement pricing proposals and methodology.
Support the day-to-day aspects of the accounting function including receipts, payables and payments.
Assist with financial modelling and forecasting for various initiatives.
Other special projects, as needed (e.g. FX strategy development, incorporation in new jurisdictions, vendor pricing assessments etc.).
Qualifications:
Completion of a university degree in Business or similar/related field.
1-2 years related experience.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proven analytical skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
Ability to complete assignments within deadlines, at a high degree of accuracy, and with minimal supervision.
