Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Engage with brand teams to ensure the Product Managers are providing the most up-to-date content for their branded experiences across all platforms (websites, apps, products, etc.).
Manage changes and publish content on required content management systems (CMS) — this includes text, images, videos, localization, and components.
Inform partners and stakeholders of content requirements needed to support the planning of brand strategies and campaign launches.
Manage any platform issues and provide the necessary information to IT stakeholders to resolve any bugs or delivery problems.
Attend weekly status meetings to review content and asset requirements with other execution teams (Creative, Media, and External Agencies).
Manage the quality of releases through rigorous UAT and QA testing.
Provide content and component recommendations to improve customer engagement.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience managing CMS environments (e.g., Contentful, Webflow, etc.). Webflow would be homerun!
2+ years of experience managing large portfolios and experience in an agile environment.
Innovative and a deep thinker who likes to solve complex technical problems in digital transformation.
Experience using a project management tool, preferably Jira. Experience using a documentation tool, preferably Confluence.
Intermediate knowledge of website components and PIM (e.g., Salsify).
Strong knowledge of ecommerce solutions (e.g., Shopify, Magento, etc.).
Basic understanding using Google Analytics and creating custom reports. null
