Due to continued growth, Niverville Autobody Ltd is looking for a Body Shop Estimator/Repair Planner to join our amazing team!
The Body Shop Estimator must have the experience necessary to provide our customers with optimal service.
Core Accountabilities:
Interacting with customers and understanding their requirements.
Giving suggestions and recommendations to customers regarding their vehicle.
Estimating the cost of the vehicle damage and the time for the repair.
Keeping up with market trends.
Researching and applying current MPI Estimating Standards and OEM Repair Procedures.
Following automotive industry safety norms and standards.
Meeting all assigned targets and objectives.
Preparing and evaluating reports for the establishment and attending training for new products..

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks.

Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.
Able to perform light dismantle and reassembly
Valid Manitoba Drivers License.
Experience using Mitchell Cloud Estimating
