Job description:
Building a dealer buyer portfolio
Build strong relationships/rapport with various dealerships across the market
Contribute to team building and CRM growth
Effectively coordinate/collaborate with multiple departments (Reconditioning, Logistics and Accounting)
Make improvements to current processes
Hit weekly targets based on assigned selling requirements
Interview, hire, and train new team members
Manage vehicle inventory in Salesforce
Provide leadership and guidance, and ongoing feedback to direct reports regarding performance, productivity, work quality and adherence to the company policy and procedures
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience as wholesaler in a dealership environment is required
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and work at all levels to support department’s goals
Basic understanding of the overall automotive industry passion for automobiles and a foundational knowledge of vehicle brands, makes, models and market trends are required
Strong negotiation and leadership skills
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Previous experience with Salesforce and other related softwares etc. is considered an asset
Able to work flexible hours throughout the week in accordance with auctions across Canada
Self starter and ability to work independently
Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
