The main duties are greeting clients and answering calls with an exuberant first impression and ensuring detailed messages are directed to the appropriate personnel, along with scheduling service appointments. Additionally, you will perform clerical duties as required and administer transaction receipts. Luxury brand experience is preferred though can be outside of automotive.
Duties include though not limited to:
– Answer phone calls with professionalism and an upbeat attitude
– Solidify service appointments and requests from clients
– Direct clients accordingly to the appropriate personnel
– Assist service advisors in updating clients to their vehicle status
– Receipt transactions
