Accounting Admin & Reception
Are you well-versed in AP / AR and looking to get back to work? Our client in Nisku is seeking an individual to support their accounting and reception functions to cover a maternity leave. If you are comfortable in your AP / AR skills and enjoy an element of customer service, we’d love to speak to you!
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle AP/AR including collection calls, expense reporting
AR Invoices and statements
AR Report tracking and collections calls
Provide administrative support to Controller
Responding to emails & phone calls regarding basic accounting questions
Monthly reports & month-end processing
Manage spreadsheets of client credit cards
Filing
Provide coverage for Reception as required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Post-secondary education in accounting is preferred
2+ years’ experience in Accounting
Excellent communication skills required
Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised
Experience with Sage would be an asset
About this position:
Train on a part-time basis before going full-time; 24-32 hours until September, then 32-40 hours until March
12-18 month term to cover maternity leave
