We are a thriving Chiropractic-based family wellness clinic looking for a permanent part-time team member to assume the role of Chiropractic Front Desk Administrative Assistant. Our mission is to help patients achieve optimal health through alignment of the spine and nervous system. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Chiropractor and assisting in running the daily operations of the clinic including telephone and booking appointments, billing and financial transactions, maintaining office inventory and equipment.
Our ideal candidate is an efficient multi-tasker who is outgoing and personable, punctual, mature, adaptable, detail-oriented, and reliable. Comfort and experience with Windows based computers and the ability to memorize scripts is a must.

Monday 6:45am-11:30am, 2:45pm-9:30pm
Wednesday 6:45am-11:00am (until 12:00pm on as needed basis), 2:45pm-7:30pm (until 9:30pm on as needed basis)
Thursday 6:45am-12:00pm, 2:45pm-7:30pm
Total hours: 30.5
*Hours are flex and subject to patient load
Hourly Salary: Negotiable based on previous experience and skillset

The applicant must have a strong command of English, written and spoken. Other Languages are assets.
One year of administrative experience is preferred.
Must be able to legally work in Canada.
