Part-time Finance Coordinator, 12 month contract

Stingray, Red Deer has an exciting opportunity for a part time Finance Coordinator contract. Very flexible hours work around your schedule, approximately 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling the following accounting responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Report and work closely with Business Managers in Rural Alberta
• Processing of AP
• Performing some payroll functions
• Some billing and invoicing duties
• Opening mail in office and processing cheques
• Other duties as required

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Must have strong multi-tasking skills
• Meet tight deadlines
• Conscientious, dependable and detail oriented
• Keenly analytical mind with strong strategic abilities
• A team player
• Have excellent people skills, professional attitude & appearance
• A positive, friendly manner and a customer service approach that will enable the successful candidate to deal with challenging situations with empathy & sincerity
