Insight Pest Solutions Inc is currently looking for administrative assistants to join our team! We are a marketing company that hires students across Canada to market residential home services on behalf of our clients. We are hiring full time administrative assistants for summer positions (May 1st – August 31st,
2022)

At Insight, Administrative Assistants work 8 hours a day (9:00am-5:00pm EST or 8:00am-4:00pm EST) from Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) with the possibility of working one weekend a month. The starting salary for administrative assistants is $16.50 CAD/hour.

Position Summary – Responsibilities:
– Assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure the office is running smoothly
– Handling customer service (customer complaints and inquiries, scheduling, email correspondence, etc)
– Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
– Data entry (entering sales and customer information into the system)
– Collections (calling customers for overdue payments, invoicing, etc)
– Working with office software, such as Workwave and Gmail
– Liaising with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
– Managing an effective remote work environment to ensure all occupational duties are completed

Qualifications – What will make you successful:
– Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or is a recent graduate
– Self motivated individuals who are able to work with little supervision
– Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Empathetic and professional towards customers
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
– Possesses an eagerness to learn and work in a team setting
– Experience working in an office setting or an administrative background is considered an asset but not required, as training will be provided.
