Personal Support Worker needed in Keswick, Ontario area.
Duties/Responsibilities:
***This position is primarily for companionship, independent senior woman who would benefit from some company, and short walks. 3 hours a day 5-7 days a week to start***
– Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Grooming, Dressing)
– Meal Preparation
– Light Housekeeping
– Companionship
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Must be a caring, compassionate and patient individual.
– CPR/First Aid
-Clear police check/Vulnerable sector
– Fully Vaccinated
– Must drive and have own transportation
– Must be capable of the physical demands of the job (light-moderate heavy lifting, cleaning, vacuuming, etc)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Keswick, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
Experience:
- Personal Support Worker: 2 years (required)
