Summary of duties:
Under the supervision of the Branch manager, the Costumer service clerk is often the first contact with customers. He is responsible for providing relevant information on the products and services offered by the company. He will also be responsible for performing administrative tasks related to the branch. Also, the incumbent is responsible for preparing order forms and planning delivery departure times according to customer needs, in close collaboration with the shipping department. In addition, the consultant will work with other departments of the company, namely the purchasing department, the credit department as well as the sales department.
