Position Summary
Provides customer service to customers and provides administrative planning and support to the Inside Sales Manager and Outside Sales representatives. Promotes, leads and implements core company values by assisting in planning and managing sales programs. Processes orders.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service for an established customer base and potential new customers.
- Process and monitor new orders for price, quantity and shipping accuracy.
- Be familiar with current customer requirements and procedures.
- Acquire and apply product knowledge to assist current and potential new customers with their inquiries and the appropriate product for their application.
- Effectively manage customer data files.
- Work as a part of the inside team supporting our outside sales representatives, preparing quotes, contacting customers with requested information and supplying the team with updated information from customer data files.
- Research, maintain and update marketing information
Minimum Qualifications
Proven customer support/service experience.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently regarding daily activities.
Ability to maintain confidential, sensitive or proprietary information.
Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and orally.
Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. (Excel, Word)
Post-Secondary Education in Business or equivalent an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
