What You’ll Do
We need your help to continue to spread the word and help many others by joining our expanding Business Development group!
The current position is a sales position with a competitive base salary plus commissions and incentives with goal-based accelerators. Top performers have the potential for internal career growth in the field of sales/ account management. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, in addition to working on cold calling lists. You will contact these prospects over the phone and via email to explain the value proposition and arrange demonstrations with our Account Executives. You should be an exceptional communicator, persistent, and goal-driven with a strong technical aptitude.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct high volume prospecting identifying sales qualified leads
Use creativity, initiative, and interpersonal skills to establish rapport over the phone
Identify the needs of prospects in identified markets
Present and articulate solutions, features, and benefits of our solution
Prepare and distribute information packages
Schedule demonstrations for Account Executives/ Managers
Qualifications:
Superb written, speaking, and listening skills with a superior command in English
Strong computer skills with working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, including Excel
Proactive and able to work independently
Tenacious and goal-oriented
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
Previous sales experience and knowledge of Salesforce is considered an asset
