Role Description
As a Recruiting Technology Partner, you will join a People Technology team that is passionate about process efficiency, user experience, and data-driven decisions. You will help execute and deliver technology-related projects that improve the experience for candidates and Dropboxers alike. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact to our vendors, ensuring the ROI justifies the cost of each tool, and that best practices are adhered to within Dropbox. You have worked with a wide range of recruiting tools to support a global organization and you’re always exploring ways to help improve process, decision-making, and experience.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Head of People Technology to define the roadmap and prioritize enhancements to the TA tech stack
Lead the discovery and RFP process for new TA tools and technologies
Measure the ongoing return on investment (ROI) and impact of each tool within our tech stack
Ensure product features and best practices are being properly utilized across TA, by way of live and/or virtual training sessions
Manage a variety of operational projects including integration and implementation of and for new and existing systems
Recommend scalable and efficient process improvements by partnering with cross-functional partners, specifically Recruiting, ITS, and Legal
Garner feedback from stakeholders across Talent Acquisition to ensure pain points are being prioritized and addressed accordingly
Requirements
2+ years of experience in ATS administration, Greenhouse preferred
Understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and process, and how to optimize it for efficiency and quality
Experience analyzing and using data to drive decisions
Ability to quickly understand complex products and translate to clear, actionable specifications for product improvement
Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Understanding of technical architecture of complex and highly scalable solutions
Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
