Responsibilities:
Greeting customers in a positive manner, in-person or over the phone.
Supporting promotions and facilitating upselling by selling a diverse line of products.
Lead a team to ensure excellent customer service is maintained by all.
Assisting the Branch Manager with administrative tasks as required.
Handling transactions such as sales, returns, and defectives efficiently.
Ensuring accuracy of customers’ orders when placed.
Use the store’s POS to order products, check promotions, and customer accounts.
Resolve customer complaints effectively.
Requirements:
Completion of High School Diploma or Post-Secondary Education or equivalent work experience required.
2+ years of experience in the Automotive Parts sector would be well-regarded.
Proficient in the use of MS Office
Excellent focus on customer service.
Proven ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends as required.
Must be able to stand, bend, walk, reach, throughout the shift.
Lifting of heavy equipment up to 50 lbs as required.
