We’re looking to hire an experienced General Manager to join our already established FOH and BOH team of hard-working and experienced professionals. The ideal person will have a sincere passion for hospitality and upscale service, experience in a Restaurant Manager position and a deep knowledge of culinary arts.
SALARY: $90,000
POSITION: GM / Sommelier
SCHEDULE: Tuesday – Saturday

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas
- Investigate and respond to complaints; turning dissatisfied clients into return guests
- Manage staff and maintain a high level of employee morale
- Recruit, train, motivate Front of House staff
- Show leadership in creating a supportive and encouraging work culture
- Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures
- Achieve operational objectives by implementing action plans concerning productivity, quality and standards of service
- Complete daily briefs and shift end reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- Min 3 years of management experience in a high end, fast paced hospitality environment
- Knowledgeable and passionate about food, wines, spirits and alcoholic beverages
- Ability to demonstrate extreme organization in a fast paced environment while acting as a team player
- Must be completely bilingual (FR & EN)
