Your future role on our team
Join our national Human Resources team and use your skills and values to actively help us attract, acquire and retain the talent that is so central to our firm’s success.
You truly understand what it means to be a consultant in a rapidly changing environment and enjoy working with an exceptional team that’s focused on collaboration and knowledge sharing. This role will give you the opportunity to take the lead, while also diving into the thick of the action by working closely with talented people.

Coach, advise and support Hiring Managers.
Be an ambassador for the firm’s culture and the quality of the candidate experience.
Define and revised talent attraction strategies.
Maximize the use of our LinkedIn Recruiter licences, mainly for passive candidate sourcing.
Promote the BBA brand through social media, networking events, career fairs and more.
Perform screening interviews and promote career opportunities at BBA.
Coordinate and hold interviews with managers and ensure thorough follow-ups.
Coordinate pre-employment screening.
Prepare job offers together with HR business partners and managers.
Complete assigned talent attraction projects in collaboration with other team members.

Summary of certifications and job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Industrial Relations, Communications or other relevant program of study
At least 8 years of experience in talent attraction
Excellent ability and interest in using new technologies
Knowledge of best practices in seeking candidates
Ability to handle several files simultaneously
Interest in occasional short trips to BBA offices
Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite
Asset: bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written.
