About the role
The Cloud Operations Manager will be responsible to enable, operate and accelerate sustainable adoption of Cloud computing across the IT organization by maximizing our ability to realize Cloud services benefits while reducing risk and establishing a governance framework.
Responsibilities :
Lead a team operating Multi Cloud Services
Manage and promote the Cloud service catalog across the IT organisation.
Manage the operational delivery of Private and Public Cloud services.
Define and maintain IFC Cloud operational Cookbook.
Implement Proactive Cloud cost management solutions.
Manage and optimize use of vendor’s Cloud service levels.
Forecast and budget Cloud Costs on monthly/annual basis based upon the current/past spend.
Oversee the management of the external cloud Infrastructure landing zone.
Drives accountability by identifying which teams are driving cloud spend and ensure owners make data-driven decisions that balance needs and cost
Oversee the training and onboarding new IFC Cloud Tenant owners and support teams.
Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
Eager to explore new technologies and being innovative.
Solid understanding of agile and lean methodologies.
Solid understanding of Private and Public Cloud Management (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS).
Good understanding of Infrastructure as code
Good understanding of Cloud cost management: FinOps, TBM
High level understanding of compliance frameworks PCI, SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and the ability to apply their requirements and concepts to a complex environment.
Strong interpersonal communication and diplomacy skills.
Strong technical experience, knowledge, and understanding of micro-services architecture.
Organized and able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment.
Ability to lead teams of diverse experts.

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Pragmatic and structured documentation
Experience / Education:
At least 5 years of DevOps leadership experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Project Management and Cloud (an asset)
Cloud Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent education required
ITIL v4 Managing Professional certification, nice to have.

Flexible Work Arrangements
