Rove Concepts is currently on the search for a Junior Logistics Coordinator – Warehousing to join our growing team. We are looking for a meticulous individual with an enthusiastic and motivated personality to help our business grow.
With great exposure to much of the business’ operations, the successful candidate will receive a deepened knowledge and understanding of the logistics and supply chain side of the business. Kindly note that our operations are 7 days a week, including public holidays and weekends, all candidates are considered on open availability.

What you’ll do:
- Work together with the Logistics Coordinator in shipping orders out and day-to-day tasks related to the department
- Liaise between the customer care team members, carrier representatives, and warehouse administrators on individual files to resolve any shipping issues and/or inquiries
- Report on daily warehouse productivity metrics while providing detailed analysis and insights
- Create and manage inventory transfer flow between warehouses and resolve any discrepancies reported
- Work with warehouses and carrier partners to determine estimated shipping times and dates and relay them to related parties
- Ensuring customer service team and logistics partners have a quick response time by staying on top of your assigned tickets, with same-day ticket review.
- Demonstrating conflict resolution and interpersonal skills to help the customer service team find the best solutions for the customers
- Assist in documentation and organization of departmental information
- Other ad hoc duties may apply
What you’ll need:
- 1 year in customer service and/or in an office environment
- A post-secondary degree, certificate, diploma or equivalent; concentration in transportation logistics, operations or similar as an asset
- An interest in Logistics of an eCommerce business;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extreme detail-orientation and great multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize
- Able to analyze data, utilize problem-solving skills, and recommend solutions
- Able to balance being self-managed and being part of a team
- Personal interest in the furniture or design industry an asset
