Our Spare HQ is Vancouver, BC, but this position is open to remote work options across Canada with a strong preference to the Toronto area

About this Role ✨
As a Sales Manager you will..
-* Oversee, mentor and develop the Account Executive team – *such as call coaching, giving feedback in pipeline reviews, offering deal support and providing training when needed;
– Set and communicate what success looks like as an AE at Spare – define KPIs, metrics and targets, assign territories, develop and continuously assess quotas for team members;
– Understand and support the buying journey – be the go to support person for the AE team through their sales process. This includes discovery, demo, RFP preparation/presentation, and contracting/negotiations;
-* Be a champion for the AE team – *work cross functionally with the Marketing team, Proposal team, Leadership team etc.;
– Recruit and hire top talent – understand what makes a successful AE and interview, hire, onboard and train new team members.
