100 Kellogg Looking for Finance Administrator at London, ON Full Time

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Financial Administrator will be responsible for maintaining day to day transactions, contributing to financial planning and supporting cash flow. If you have knowledge in bookkeeping and a background in finance, we’d love to meet you!

What will you be doing?

• Maintaining financial and operational models, using existing knowledge, available data, and guidance from the Director of Finance and other organizational leaders, to assist in making strategic recommendations to the business leaders with respect to budgeting and operational changes related to revenue optimisation, and cost control initiatives.
• Provides information for the creation of break even analysis/forecasts for assigned financial and operational areas using historical data, recent trending, and guidance from business leaders to provide clear targets (budgets) and insights how the business is tracking (forecasts).
• Review and reconcile day to day accounting transactions across the 100 Kellogg group of companies.
• Contribute to the overseeing of the budgeting process, by monitoring spending and costs.
• Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator or similar role.
• Excellent mathematical skills and experience working with numbers.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial excel functions)
• Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures.
• Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to keep track of many different pieces of information at once.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, as they will often need to communicate with clients or other members of their team.
• Confidentiality.
• Post secondary in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.

Please note: to encourage collaboration and contribute to our culture as a hospitality and tourism destination, this role requires the individual to work onsite at 100 Kellogg. Remote and hybrid work is not available at this time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
