About the Position
As the Finance Associate at FSO, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable and supporting accounts receivable functions. You will prepare and process bi-weekly payroll and support the Finance Manager in a variety of related tasks. You will reconcile bank accounts and maintain an orderly accounting online filing system.
About You
You have completed a post-secondary diploma in accounting, you have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, bilingual (French is an asset).
In addition, you will have:
2+ years experience in an accounting or finance position
2+years’ experience using financial software (Sage 300 or similar)
Advanced Excel skills
Experience processing payroll, preferably in a unionized environment
