Title – Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Term – 1 year contract, can be extended/converted
Rate – $24/hour + benefits
Location – Hybrid in Mississauga, Ontario
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting and improving various levels of our talent acquisition efforts. This role will support the Field/Store recruitment team ensuring a seamless hiring process and attract and retain high-performing employees who align with the company’s goals. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Providing essential administrative assistance to our recruiting team
Maintaining candidate databases
Familiarity with various recruiting strategies, such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods.
Organizing candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
Coordinating interviews and contacting applicants
Preparation of reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
Assisting with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
Support the TA team with vendor invoicing
