3 Step Recruitment Inc. Looking for Inside Sales/Warehouse (Hybrid Position) at Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada Full Time

Our client is a leading distributor of sign and  display equipment , commercial print , business papers, graphic solutions, materials, packaging and facility supplies.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Inside Sales/Warehouse .

Job duties:
• Receive customer Orders and inquires by telephone or email and process orders 
• Receive, process, adjust orders, and assist customers 
• Receive customer complaints, research complaints
• Liaise with the Pricing Coordinator to ensure contracts are accurate and updated 
• Tele-market with respect to lead/sales generation and development;
• Assist in the Warehouse to Pick and pack products for Internal and external Orders
• Ensure all orders are checked off and signed for 
• Report and complete any discrepancies 
• Load and unload vendor and third-party trucks with product 
• Prioritize your orders according to date, or expected date for urgent orders
• Prepare paperwork such as ordering packaging materials, labeling, transfer document and Packing slips
• Handling of all claims resulting from lost or damaged shipments with various Couriers
• Perform daily safety check of equipment for safe operation before using and completion
• Follow all health and safety procedures with proper PPE (Steel toed boots, Gloves, etc)
• Handle walk-in customers
• Restocking of shelves 
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse daily

Must haves qualifications:
• Completion of a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field considered an asset
• at least 2 years Experience in the professional sales industry
• An excellent understanding of the printing industry;
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Self-direct and Self-motivated
• Ability to manager multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to do cold calling on customers (outbound Sales Calls);
• Ability to interact with walk in customers
• Experience operating a Forklift & Reach Truck (24′) is an asset
• Forklift certificate and MSDS certificate would be an asset
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with abstract no more than 30 days old
• Experience as a delivery driver is considered an asset
• Forklift certificate and MSDS certificate would be an asset
• Clean drivers abstract
• Computer skills are required
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs
• Attention to detail, customer service, time management and organizational skills is required

Working conditions:
• Able to work on a computer for numerous hours which may result in strain on wrists, eyes, back, etc:
• Ability to work in a busy, open area Office and Warehouse
• May have to spend long hours in concentration which requires attention to detail and high levels of accuracy:
• This position faces several deadlines which may cause significant stress and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
• Drive a forklift in a safe and efficient manner;
