The Opportunity
This position is responsible for the execution of Retail Sales Strategies and the achievement of sales objectives in Canada for the entire Abbott Nutrition business. The Customer Team Lead (CTL) motivates, coaches & develops a team of Key Account Managers (3 to 4) that are ultimately responsible to execute Sales Strategy and achieves set objectives from both a top line sales and net Sales perspective (responsible for meeting Trade spend targets).
The CTL’s and their teams are responsible for growing Abbott Share in all 5 major categories: Infant formula (Similac), Children Nutritional Supplement (Pediasure), OES (Pedialyte), Adult Oral Nutritional supplement (Ensure) and Diabetes (Glucerna). This position is also a key customer facing role that requires established, credible relationships at the Executive level of our largest customers. The CTL will strategically negotiate Annual Planning which includes price, promotions, merchandising, shelf space and overall brand visibility with their key customers to drive volume and profit growth for Abbott Nutrition categories.

Required Qualifications
Business Administration (BA or B.com) in Business and/or Marketing. MBA preferred.
8 years + of broad Sales experience in CPG/OTC industry. Has preferably been in positions such as Key Account Manager, Category Development Management and/or Trade Marketing.
Strong written and oral English skills, French is an asset.
