We are now looking for a self-driven Business Development Specialist to join us in our journey of growth and client success. This 100% remote role is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to business development efforts and expand our clientele in Canada.

Responsibilities: 🎯

• Identify and research potential clients and leads within Canada.
• Initiate contact with potential clients via email, phone, or social media to introduce Abilio’s services and solutions.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and Abilio’s technical or sales team for detailed discussions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations that provide a high-level overview of Abilio’s services and solutions.
• Tailor presentations to address the unique needs and interests of prospective clients.
• Answer preliminary questions and concerns from potential clients, and direct more technical or detailed inquiries to the appropriate team within Abilio.
• Maintain a database of contacts, leads, and client interactions.
• Regularly update the Abilio team on lead generation and outreach efforts.
• Represent Abilio at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s services and solutions.

Qualifications: 🎓

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability in business development activities including prospecting and cold calling.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar business development or client acquisition role.
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Familiarity with consulting firm business models, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities and client needs.
• Exceptional written and presentation skills to effectively convey Abilio’s value proposition.
• Excellent relationship-building skills to foster and maintain client relationships.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
